Chicken Kabobs with mint dip







Ingredients
Ground chicken-1lb
Onion- 1/4 cup chopped finely
Green chilli-1 chopped finely
Ginger- garlic paste- 1/4 tsp
Egg -1 
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes-1/2tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- as per taste

Method

  1. Beat egg with onion, g,chilli, g.g. paste, chili flakes,coriander leaves, salt and pepper. 
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix the egg mixture with chicken.The mixture should not be too tight. 
  3. Marinate it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs.
  4. Preheat the oven in high broil.
  5. Make a ball and press it into kabobs on wood or metal skewers.
  6. Arrange the kabobs in a foil lined baking tray and broil it for 15 minutes. 
  7. Turn the kabobs and brush with melted butter and cook for 10 more minutes.
  8. Make sure the center is cooked before serving.
  9. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from skewers.

Serve  with yogurt-mint dip.

Yougurt-mint dip
Grind a bunch of mint with 2 green chillies and 1/2" of ginger.
Mix it with salt and yogurt.
Sour cream or Greek yogurt can be used instead of yogurt.
