Ingredients
Butter Fish- 4 pieces (also called pomfret)
Ginger and garlic paste- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
Chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp (optional)
Lemon juice- 1tbsp
Method
- Marinate the fish pieces with all the ingredients for 2 hours.
- Spray oil in a shallow nonstick pan and heat.
- When the pan is hot, add the pieces and cook till done.
- Serve hot with onion and cucumber slices.
