Ingredients
Ground turkey- 1lb
Egg- 1
Feta cheese- 3/4 cup crumbled
Black olives- 1/4 cup sliced
Red chili flakes- 1tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Salt and pepper- to taste
For garnish
Onion
Tomato
Lettuce
Hummus
Method
- Whip the egg slightly.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
- Make into patties and cook for 10 minutes on each side.
- Spread hummus on top slice of bread and garnish with onion, lettuce and tomato.
Ciabatta bread tastes good with this patties.
