Ingredients
Pita bread- 2
Plum tomatoes- 1 chopped seeds removed
Spinach- 5 leaves shredded
Black olives- 5
Feta cheese- 2tbsp
Oregano- 1/4tsp
Chili flakes- 1tsp( optional)
Method
- Preheat oven at 400* F.
- Brush olive oil on top of the pita bread. Layer the vegetables starting with tomatoes, black olives, spinach and feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and chili flakes.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted.
Serve warm.
