Ingredients
Edamame- 2 cups shelled
Onion- 1 small chopped
Red pepper- 1/2 cup
Garlic- 1 clove crushed
Ginger- 1tsp shredded
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar- 1/2tsp
Salt and pepper- as needed
Method
- In a pan, heat oil and add onion and red pepper. Saute till soft. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar to the pan and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook till edamame is soft.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve warm.
