Ragi fritters




Ingredients
Ragi flour- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Salt- as needed(at least a tsp)
Baking soda- a pinch
Garlic paste- 1/4tsp
Onion- 1 large sliced lengthwise
Green chili- 2 minced
Water- as needed
Oil- 1 cup


Method

  1. In a shallow pan, heat oil. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and set aside for 5-8 minutes.
  2. When the oil is hot enough(try the temperature by dropping little dough and when it comes up, the oil is ready), drop the batter into the oil with a teaspoon.
  3. The fritters are ready when it turns into dark brown color.Remove from oil and place it on a paper towel lined plate.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
