Ingredients
Rotisserie chicken- 2 cups( leftover) chopped
Scallions- 1/4 cup
Rice- 1 cup( Knorr Mexican rice)
Sriracha Sauce- 1 tbsp + 1tsp
Sour cream- 1 tbsp
Method
- Cook Mexican rice according to package directions.
- In a bowl mix chicken, sour cream and sriracha sauce.
- Heat skillet and warm a whole wheat tortilla wrap.
- Place 2 tbsp of rice and chicken in the middle of the tortilla and sprinkle with scallions.
- Roll and serve warm.
