Ingredients
Chicken kabobs- 4
Red onion- 1 large sliced lengthwise
Mixed pepper- 2 cups(frozen)
Chili powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1tsp
Salt- as needed.
Method
- In a pan heat oil and saute the onions until soft.
- Add the mixed peppers and spice powders.Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add kabobs to the pan and mix well. Cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the kabobs and pepper mixture in a pita bread.
- Top it with mint-yogurt chutney.
