Ingredients
Ground turkey- 1 lb
Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Egg- 1 lightly beaten
Garlic- 1 tsp minced(powder can be substituted)
Onion- 1 medium finely chopped
Green pepper- 1
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1 tbsp
Cayenne Powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/4tsp

Salt and pepper- as needed
For topping
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
Barbecue sauce- 1 tbsp
Combine the sauces together in a small bowl.

Method
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven at 350*F.
- Spray oil in a meat loaf pan and arrange the turkey mixture and bake for 45- 50 minutes. The center of the meatloaf must be 165*f when completely cooked.
- Baste the topping on the meatloaf and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut into thick slices and serve.
