Ingredients
Ground Chicken- 1 lb
Salsa- 1 cup
Garlic powder- 1 tbsp
Chili flakes- 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs- 1/4 cup
Egg- 1 slightly beaten
Salt and pepper- as needed
Shredded Cheese - 1 cup Mexican blend
Method
- Preheat oven at 350*F.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except cheese.
- Spray oil in a meatloaf pan and arrange the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. The center of meatloaf must be 165* when cooked.
- Spread the shredded cheese evenly on top of the meatloaf and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for few minutes.
- Cut into thick slices and serve warm.
