Cabbage Pakoras



Ingredients
Cabbage- 1 cup chopped finely
Onion- 1 small chopped finely
Green chili- 1 minced
Garlic paste-1/4 tsp
Rice flour- 1/2 cup
Gram flour- 1 cup
Baking soda- a pinch
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- as needed
Oil- for frying

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add water gradually until a smooth thick batter is formed.
  3. Set aside for five minutes.
  4. With a tablespoon, scoop the batter and drop into hot oil.
  5. Turn on the other side and cook until golden brown.
  6. Drain in a paper towel lined plate.
  7. Serve warm with tomato ketchup.
