Ingredients
Ground Turkey- 1lb
Bread crumbs- 1 cup*
Onion- 1 medium chopped finely
Garlic- 1tsp minced
Carrot- 1/2 cup shredded
Zucchini- 1/2 cup shredded
Red chili flakes- 1tsp
Oregano- 1tsp
Basil- 1tsp
Salt and pepper- as needed
BBQ sauce- 1/2 cup
Method
*Add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs first and slowly add the rest depending on the consistency of the turkey mixture.

Method
- Preheat oven at 350*F.
- In a pan heat oil and saute the onions and garlic until soft.
- Add the shredded veggies and the spices.Saute till all the water is absorbed and the veggies are soft.
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs and the veggies.The mixture should not be too tight.
- Spray oil in a loaf pan and arrange the turkey mixture and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Spread the bbq sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Transfer to a cutting board and slice the meat loaves into thick slices.
- Serve hot with additional bbq sauce.
